Volunteers received another volunteer at the airport in colorful dresses yesterday. Julija arrived from Slovenia and will stay in Gambia for one month to help in local school together with others. Volunteers who are already in The Gambia for couple of days have taken cultural exchange very serious and decided to fast for 2 days together with majority of Gambians. They cut the fast with dates & water and continue with traditional Gambian dish Domoda (rice and chicken in peanut sauce).
